For a surprise for my partners birthday I'd like to get tickets + travel to go to V festival, but I don't have a computer or a printer (I use my iPhone to go online) and it says you get your camping/festival tickets when you get there, and the coach tickets are sent as e tickets. But if I don't have access to a printer what do I do?

I know it a 4s because the model number on the back is A1387 i can't find it in the settings>general anyone know what i have to do to get it back or what might of happened? I upgraded to the 6.1.2 maybe that's it?
