Okay so i have been using the website listentoyoutube.com to get my music from youtube and it usually goes straight to my itunes so i can transfer it to my iphone. But about a week ago i upgraded the itunes to the latest software and it won't let me transfer any of my songs as it did before. Next to the unknown songs there's an exclamation point. How do i locate these files?! 1
I currently have a blackberry bold with unlimited texting, and the 200mb data feature. My 2yr contract is up so I get an iPhone 4 discounted for 99 cents with a 2yr agreement. I was wondering if upgrading to the iPhone 4 if it will change my monthly bill and make it higher? Or will it be the Same bill my blackberry was.
Its very quiet and you can't hear it unless you put the speaker on your ear. It only happens when i record a video or make a voice memo and on certain apps. Is this a hardware problem or software? Its very quiet btw.
When I turn my phone on it has a lady talking reading me each feature making me double click to open files. How do I turn this off and get back to normal mode?
Guys all I want to know are the meaning of the icons on the Statusbar on my iPhone 5. There's the signal bar then it says Verizon and then LTE. Does the signal bars have anything to do with my Internet (LTE) or do the signal bars just mean calling and messaging?

I have an iPhone 5 and my brother was messing with my phone earlier and was throwing it up and down and it slide out of his hands and slammed on the ground. It's in an otter box no scratches or physical injury but when I started using my phone I noticed all the sounds things I had set up hanged. Like my notification sounds for messages came on. Now on snapchat when I take a picture it makes the clicking noise! How do I turn it off? I can't find anything in settings
