Stolen iphone - any way i can get my photos back?

My sisters iphone was stolen over the weekend, & she hadn't set up the icloud or find my iphone up, is there any way we can get the photos back from her phone without this enabled or the phone itself? Some really valuable ones of the family that we don't want to lose! All help would be gratefully received.thanks!

How to turn off an iPhone 5 without using the lock button?

My lock button has stopped working on my iPhone 5. I've gotten used to waiting for it to lock itself, but now I need to shut it down and I don't know how else I can do it. I tried Siri but it said that it can't do it.

Also, I just realized that the next time I get an update, I'll need a way to turn it back on. And I'll also need that now, obviously.

How to put your iPhone on offline?

Like your SIM is still in your iPhone and it's still switched on but no one can contact you or you can contact anyone. Kinda like you have a SIM in your iPhone that's switched off.

I want to create game app on android or Iphone?

I wanted to start creating gaming apps for android/iphone to sell on the market. The thing is i've never created a gaming app before, i have no job and about $500 hundred to my name, yet i do desire create gaming apps. I would like to know that i can go into app development to learn how to create apps or at least hire people that can help me a gaming app fully functional to play.

I have no experience in creating gaming app, i however, would like to know which option would be best for me.
