How to transfer photos from iPhone to computer?

I want to transfer my photos from my iPhone to my computer but I don't have the iPhoto option in iTunes when I open the photos tab

Why does the sound on my iphone cut out?

It will cut out for like 30 min then work for 5 seconds then cut out for another forever. It just started happening one day, it's all sounds the ringtones, the games, the music everything. I thought there was something wrong with the speakers but then even when I plug it into a cable or plug in headphones it does the same thing, so what exactly is it and can it be fixed?

My brother jailbreak for me and told me not to update, and i totally forgot about it like an idiot and i accidentally update on it. And now my phone restore itself, and now it said " could not activate iphone". And my itunes won't recognize my phone. What should i do to make it go back to normal or make it brand new

Why is my IPhone 3GS having problems after I updated it?

After updating my iphone to the latest version (5.0.1I think it was) my phone just randomly started shutting off and coming to a blank white screen and then an error screen and after a few times it went back to normal then shut off again. IPhone only works when on wall charger? (details)?

About 4 months ago, I dropped my iPhone 4 in water, and it died. It wouldn't turn on, even after days in rice. I put it on the charger for a full week, but nothing happened. Recently, I saw the corpse of my iPhone in a drawer and just stuck it on a charger. To my delight, it turned on and seemed to be working. I typed in my passcode, and came to a screen which told me to connect my phone to iTunes so that I could activate it. As soon as I unplugged the phone (which was at 97% battery), it died. I figured, it would revive once I connected it to my computer, but it didn't. Why does it turn on when connected to the wall, but not my computer? Do you have any idea of how to get my phone to turn on when attached to my computer? Also, is this a battery problem? If so, how should I go about replacing it?
