Is it legal to sell iPhone cases?

My cousin has an on-line shop, and she mainly sells cell phone cases. Now she plans to sell iPhone cases, including the cases for iPhone 5. She wants me to help her sell the cases. So I was wondering whether selling iPhone 5 cases is a infringing act or not.

Use Iphone 3g Without Sim Card? Problem or Not?

Xs cargo is selling this iphone 3g 8gb for like 150$, In the description it sais ready to be used on rogers, fido, or telus i think, but does that mean its unlocked? Like can i use it as a ipod ''till'' i get it activated on rogers. I googled this, but everyone bought there iphone with a plan and it needs to be activated with that Sim card etc. Like on first boot, it shows the screen then its locked and can only be unlocked by using a sim card, I'm wondering if il have that problem, like can i only use it if its on a plan etc… I'm thinking i won't need to use a sim card since i didn't buy it with anyhing but i'm not sure… I just want to be able to use it on Wi-Fi. And i know this iphone is TERRIBLY out of date… But i just broke my tablet with 3g, and i'm gonna buy this if i can do that, just till christmas. Does anybody know if i can use it as like a ipod in this situation? Or will i be only able to use it when activated by a sim card?

My iphone 4s doesn't have service when 3G is turned off?

My phone plan doesn't include a lot of data so i usually keep my 3G turned off. Occasionally i turn it on when i don't have access to Wi-Fi and need to use the internet. That happened to me while i was out and about and i briefly turned my 3G on. When i turned it off, i had no service anymore. I turned it back on and sure enough i had service! I tried restarting it but when the phone turned back on the 3G was automatically on again. How do i gain back the ability to have service while my 3G is off?
