If I break my iPhone 4 will my phone company give me an iPhone 4s?

My phone company is Verizon. If my iPhone 4 isn't working well or breaks, will they replace it with another iPhone 4 or an iPhone 4s?

If I unlock my iphone myself, will it be the same as the factory unlocked iphone 4?

Just a question, I'm thinking about unlocking my iphone 4. I don't want to buy the factory unlocked iphone 4's so I think I will just do it myself. After I unlock it, will it become and act the same way as the unlocked iphones you can buy from Apple? Also, what is the quickest way to unlock it?

How to add/remove music on IOS 5 without itunes?

About a year ago with my iPhone 4 I had a program installed on my computer that when I plugged my iphone in it would let me open the files in a windows explorer. (Same way you would view 'My Pictures' from My Computer). I could then add & remove songs from my phone without using itunes.

I have been advised that with the new iPhone 4S on IOS 5, that this ability has now been blocked.

Does anyone know a way around this? ITunes on my computer keeps freezing and is impossible to use (yes, I have the latest version). And when I do use it, it deletes music off my phone and adds random songs that I have not selected.

My goal is to not have to use itunes at all to view my music.
I don't want to use a similar program to itunes, I want to open it in it's own file.

Please, does anyone know how to do this?

So I jailbroke my iPod and I hated how it was working So slow and the battery drained so quickly. I wanted to restore my ipod, but I want to keep the apps that I downloaded from Installous. Is there any way that I can transfer jailbroken apps into my iTunes library and after I restore my ipod, take the files I transfered and put them back in my newly restored ipod?

When you have an iPhone 4s, does iCloud automatically back things up?

Verizon-no unlimited-will texting a iTouch with iMessage cost me?

I'm So CONFUSED…
i have the iPhone 4 on Verizon and i use iMessage and regular SMS. I have no unlimited texting WHICH MEANS i can text any Verizon phone for free but if i text any other carrier it is pulled into my 500 count.

SO if i text an iPod Touch user that uses iMessage will it get pulled into my 500 count? Cuz the iPod Touches don't have a carrier… So i don't know what to think.
