My iPhone has random contacts?

I have the backup assistant app on my iPhone 4s. I don't know if that has anything to do with it but just in case.

I have had this phone since December 2012 and very recently, I was looking for someone's phone number in my contacts and noticed that I had a lot of absolutely random names in my contacts. Also the 'Emoji' that I had placed beside the names of certain people had come back, even though I deleted them months ago.

I used to work at McDonald's so I had the McD's from my town in my phone, but I noticed that there was another McDonald's in my phone. I looked up the phone number and found out that it was from some place in Missouri or Mississippi (I can't remember which). That's weird, huh.

So now I'm concerned with the safety of the information regarding my Apple account and the information on my iPhone. Should I be? Or do you think it was just a fluke?

Replacing a cracked screen on iPhone 4s?

I want to replace the screen for my iphone and my service provider is US Celluar. Does it matter which provider the replacement is designated for when ordering the new screen off Amazon.com? Some say they are specific to verizon, sprint and at&t but i haven't seen one specific to us cellular. So I'm wondering if it will matter or if i can just order the verizon/sprint/at&t model?

Help my iphone won't connect to my computer?

So everything was going hoonkey dory with my iphone and connecting with my computer. Well I was prompted to update my itunes software and now when I plug in my iphone my computer makes the noise that indicates that its plugged up but it doesn't show up on my iturns or even in "my computer" nor will it charge?

What is a realistic lifespan of the iphone 5s?

Just to clear things up I mean when will it become outdated i.e. The iPhone 3gs is now outdated.

I'm getting an iPhone 5s soon and want to know if it will be able to keep up with the newer phones as it is already a year old and if so how long can I realistically expect it to perform well?

PS don't tell me to get and iPhone 6 as from the leaks and rumours I have seen I'm not interested in it enough yet.

Added (1). Yeah I would be happy with 3 yeah life (as it's already a year old) I just hope that apps and games don't get too intensive so games will run slow etc…

How to access a list of apps I've ever downloaded?

There's this certain game that I want to play on my iPhone, and I have completely forgotten the name. I had deleted it a while back so I could create more space, but now that I have completely reset my phone I have more than enough space so I want to download it again. I know that if I see the app picture/name, I'll know what it is. But I just want to know how I can find out a list of all the apps I've ever downloaded so I can refind the game.
