IPhone to iPad movie problem?

I just bought a rental movie on iTunes on my iPhone and I want to transfer it to my iPad it's the same iTunes account for both and they are both on iCloud please help me!

Why can't I unlock my iPhone?

I have ATT Iphone 4. Bought it brand new 2012 October 25th. My 2 year upgrade is due this year October 25th.
I'm going over seas for 2 months and i need my phone unlocked. Only problem is AT&T is saying i have to wait till my 2 years are up, and only then i will be able to unlock my phone. I asked if i can just pay off the phone right now and ( i don't mind the early termination fee) but they said "… Your IMEI will need to pass the two year margin, not your contract with us…"

I bought an iPhone 5 on ebay for $413. It arrived not working and I opened a dispute for "item not as described". Buyer said to ship it back and I'm ready to ship it back via priority mail small flat rate box. I'm sending it through priority mail with signature confirmation, this will cost $5.25 for the shipping and $2.35 for sig confirmation my question is do I have to add insurance to this package? It will cost $8.00 for insurance and that's a lot of money just to ship back a phone that does not turn on.
