It takes up literally 25 percent every 30 minutes on screen, 45 in the background (according to Battery Usage). Anyone have a similar problem or got any ideas to prevent this? I turned off Background App Refresh or whatever it's called.

A couple of months ago my facebook got a weird bug or hacked and then after that I got it back and added a bunch of people I met on a night out. After I added them Facebook told me to only add people I know which was odd then it got disabled and asked for a picture. I added a normal selfie and ID and 2 months later nothing.
They're absolutely no help and now whnever I make a new one they disable it maybe because they recognise my picture or ip?
So how can I make my account again? I've seen people have mentioned to change my ip or use a VPN, but I don't know how to do that. Is ther any apps I can use to get around it on the iphone? Any help I would love
And please don't tell me I should stop making accounts or just contact facebook because they don't care and nowadays facebook is pretty useful and at college people use it for communicating over group projects and I can't get involved!

Wife paid an extra $20 to have her new iPhone shipped so that she would get it on her off day and set it up. Still hasn't arrived but tracking says expected tomorrow before 8pm (5 days after paying for 1 day shipping). My Iphone 6 gets about 50Mbps download, and 12 upload when connected to my router. My internet plan is 300Mbps download, and 15 upload. Having tested the speeds on my computer, the actual speeds I get are accurate to what they say in the plan. However, when I test it on my Iphone, they're lackluster. What gives?
I'm thinking about getting the iPhone 7 Plus (I might get the 7 but I'll likely get the 7 plus) but I have a few questions about the 7 plus before I get it:
1. I have an iPhone 6 right now and it has an awful battery meaning it drains quicker than usual and I've gone to Apple many times and they've said my phone was okay. I know something about Apple slowing down the iPhones because of some unexpected shut down and they apologized and lowered the battery replacement from $79 to $29. Will my iPhone 7 Plus have the same battery problem?
2. I know the iPhone 7 Plus is about $120 more than the iPhone 7, but is it really worth the price? I don't understand the difference between the two besides one being bigger than the other.
3. My iPhone 6 is very glitchy and crashes a lot (it actually just did a minute ago) Will the 7 plus crash and glitch a lot? My 6 has a glitch problem with Snapchat for some reason.
4. (Not so serious) I'm one of those people who is very picky about choosing the color for my iPhone. I looked at all the colors online and I eliminated a few. So which would you choose out of these two: jet black or silver.
