How to have wireless internet in dorm?

I want to have a Wi-Fi in my own room at college. My school Wi-Fi sucks.
I would use it for mostly for Facebook, Netflix, homework etc.nothing huge.
I have apple products, Mac, iPhone, iPad, apple tv
It does not have to be super fast internet, just the equivalent of a comman home Wi-Fi system.

So can I just have a Wi-Fi router and plug it into the power out let and then I can use Wi-Fi on my laptop, iPad etc?
Can I have a wireless internet completly independent from my schools internet?

I'm a biology major so I have no clue what to do

Songs from itunes onto iphone 4?

I purchased songs on computer and that went on iphone 4 right away, but is there a way to put my cds that I downloaded on itunes onto the iphone also? How so?

Is 750mb of data a month enough for an iPhone 5s?

Going to buy the 5s but not sure if I should get 750mb of data or 1gb of data as I don't want to pay extra for the 1gb when I don't need it.

I receive a lot of emails daily but rarely send them unless it's important, and browse twitter, facebook and tumblr quite frequently too. I never watch videos or anything like that unless at home and connected to Wi-Fi.

My BB uses hardly any data up with all of this but I know iPhone's are a different story.

Will 750mb be enough?

How to stop getting twitter notifications?

Everytime "@fml" tweets, it tells me by a banner at the top of my iPhone screen. I didn't set it up so it does this, and it doesn't give me a notification from anyone else I'm following. How do I get rid of this? It's really annoying. This started happening when I got the iOS 7 on Wednesday, September 18th, 2013.

What are the pros an cons of Mac vs PC?

I'm shopping around for a laptop and I'm utterly clueless about computers. I'm a freshman college student, so I'll need something that can get me through school. Can you please list the Pros and Cons of a Mac, then the Pros and Cons of a PC.

I'm planning on getting an iPhone because I've owned one before and I like it better than all the other phones I've owned.

I prefer Microsoft though because that's what I know how to work and looking at a Mac usually confuses me.

As you can see I'm 50/50 between the two, so I'm looking at what's better for me and what I can get the most out of what I buy.

PS. Price is not an issue. So don't say not to buy a Mac because they're expensive.

How to fix my iPhone? (Jailbreak)?

Basically I jailbroke my iphone 4 with semi untethered, on iOS 6.1.3 and tricked it to a 6.0.It had worked absolutely fine (for maybe 2 months?) and then I go to use it later in the day and it wasn't on. I turned it on and then after 10 seconds of showing the apple logo it turned off. I tried to restore but had the error 3194 and 1600. WHAT DO I DO? I've tried changing the hosts and everything but I think the problem is that it fails to boot.
