Does verison charge for personal Wi-Fi use?

I'm on a plan that has limited data usage. I thought that if I turned off the cellular data on my iPhone and use my Wi-Fi for Internet then they won't count it but my mom called them and they said that personal Wi-Fi also counts as usage. I'm finding it really hard to believe this.

Also, my mom got me the plan and she told me I have half an hour of Internet a month which also dosn't make much sense. She got the plan as a group thing in her business, if that's somehow relevant.

Free texting app for the iPhone without using my real number?

So I've got an iPhone and I'm looking for an app that I can use without using my real number. But I want a normal number like 678, 404, and 770. But all the apps I have found give me crazy numbers like 813, 406, and 706. What's an app I can use that will give me a normal number?

IPod is frozen on my iPhone 4?

When I go onto the music/iPod section of my iPhone 4, my phone becomes frozen on that screen. I can't change the song, press play, change the volume etc. Does anyone know how to solve this?

How much does it cost to send a picture on text message on an iphone? X?

So, i'm talking to my friend and what keeps happening is we will be talking on imessage, i will send a picture then one of us will lose internet and it will go to text message.
This happens on a regular basis, which means i'm always sending pictures via text instead of imessage.
Does this cost? I really don't want to be running up a big bill xx

I bought a blk otter box defender for iphone 5 but it had a scratch on the screen protector so otterbox sent me a new one and i want to sell the scratched one i've only used it for a week and besides the scratch it is in perfect condition. How much could i sell it for? Or should i keep this one and sell the new one they sent me?
