IPhone 5 battery issues? Anyone else have this problem?

Hi! So I just got the iPhone 5 2 weeks ago. And I've noticed that the battery life is terrible! I charge it twice a day, and I never let it overcharge, but it drains 1% every minute. Actually, right now I just charged it 3 hours ago and now I'm at 75%, and all I did was use the Wi-Fi too look at something. And for example, I go to bed with it having 50% battery, then I wake up with 25%! Why is this happening? I've been closing all the apps that I don't use and the brightness is at the lowest already.

This is the worst battery I've encountered. Before this I used to own a blackberry and that got me through 2 days before it needed a charge. With this, I can't even go a day without charging it twice.

Is it a faulty battery or is this because of the iOS 6? Anyone else have this problem? What should I do?

Instagram notification keeps coming back on iPhone?

I have an iPhone 4 with the instagram app installed on it. I have setup the app so that I will receive push notifications for if a person likes/comments on any of my photos. However, I'm still getting current push notifications from the app (which i want) but I also have a notification that appears with it from 4 days ago. It's not really a problem but its just bugging me.

Is the iPhone 4 still worth it?

With the iPhone 5 and 4s is at the peak at the present, and the iPhone 4 price is very affordable, is it still worth it to purchase? I'm currently short on cash and I can only afford cheaper stuff. I'm not a social climber like some people. I don't care whether my gadgets are a little outdated. I don't really need Siri nor the new map, bigger screen, etc. So what do you think?

Can I block people on my iPhone?

Before you start telling me to call my service provider, the person I want to block, isn't exactly a number.
If you're familiar with the whole iMessage thing, where if you have an iPhone, you can text other people, who have iPod's, using their email addresses. My ex-friend will NOT stop texting me and it's getting annoying, I've asked her to stop multiple times, but she won't, so I'd really like to know how to block her.

Added (1). I have a real cell phone number, so I'm not texting with an email, and she is texting me with an email.
