Ok so i'm thinking of getting an iPhone 4 off my friend but I'm not gonna be able to get a sim card for awhile. So I wanted to know if it's still possible to download apps on it from the app store on the phone? Would it work? Or does it require a sim card in order for it to download apps? Please help me.
Added (1). Btw I do not have a computer with itunes on it, but I do have an itunes account.

I was thinking of switching to an IPhone 4S when the IPhone 5 came out from an Android HTC Inspire (if you don't know what that is it's basically an HTC Thunderbolt). I love my phone; it does all I need it to do, plus flash and widgets. However, I see the IPhone EVERYWHERE! TV shows, ads of all kinds, (especially in anime nowadays), plus I like the idea of Siri and a dual-core cpu. And there's lots of apps I would like to have on Android, but I hear Android apps are harder to program/design/whatever so not all Iphone apps make the crossover. What's your opinion?
I just dropped my iPhone in a mug of tea. (It's a big enough mug for it to go through.) Not much tea went onto my iPhone and I wiped it off quickly. My iPhone is still working. However, a while later I got a message saying 'Charging is not supported with this accessory.' I thought nothing of it until i went on the music app and it turns out it believes an accessory is plugged in, like a speakerbox type one. The same message now appears as my background before becoming unlocked.
It doesn't look like there's any damage to the USB area. What should I try to do to solve the problem? Would it be ok to plug any actual accessories in and try to charge etc?
This morning my cat knocked my Iphone 4 into a glass of water. It's been in a bowl of rice for about 9 hours but there's still no improvement. Is there any other way to dry it out?

My Mom's friend has her thinking if he turns off her iPhone 4S and claims that its missing that she's gonna only have to pay the 200 dollar fee and get another iPhone 4S and then have 2 for a cheaper price then buying them legit.
Does this crap work? This woman has my mom thinking that she has 6 iPhones by claiming them as "lost" when she just hides them, I need to know this As soon as possible because my mom is leaving on a trip to Vietnam soon and I don't need her trying to scam her way to a phone to give it to a relative in a different country, Obviously there's legal consequences but I'm not entirely sure on what they are, if any of you could confirm whether this is a illegal way of obtaining a phone, chances of getting caught as well as the consequences if caught. Okay, so this is driving me nucking futs. I'm trying to buy an xbox off of craigslist, but I'm having a hard time because no numbers are showing up unless they are attached to more text. For example, when I open an ad, it will look something like this: "selling xbox with a gigabyte hard drive for 75$. Text or call me at". I googled the problem, and every answer I stumbled upon said to disable the Skype toolbar, which I have never had installed on my computer. I have an up to date MacBook Pro, and have tried using both Safari and Firefox. I have also tried accessing craigslist on an iMac, an iPad, an iPhone, and a PC with no success. What gives?
Need to transfer photos from my iphone to my macbook and the only way i can seem to do that is to email.anyone know how to do lots of photos at one time? Otherwise it will be very tedious!
