I was checking my emails on my iPhone and for one of my accounts a pop up said something like "POP3 verify your account info" but my account is up-to-date. I can login into it and send and receive emails fine. So why did that pop up appear if everythings fine? Was I getting hacked? Answers will be appreciated thanks.

Whatever website I go on, I keep receiving a pop up in the bottom right corner, sometimes its an Iphone image, other times just a plain box with an advert relating to the page I'm on.
I also occasionally get redirected to new websites from the page I'm on.
I get them on all my web browsers and so far have uninstalled and reinstalled them, I have different virus protections (from superantispyware, advanced systemcare, malware fighter, CCleaner) and still I have this issue

Looking to get my first contract phone on iPhones 4s on o2. My tariff says 500mb of data. Is that enough to last for a month for internet? I usually use internet almost all the time on Wi-Fi. When I'm at home I use my own Wi-Fi on my own router. When I'm out and about I should use internet on Wi-Fi whilst in hotspots (which is everywhere right?) So Wi-Fi is free? I would mainly use things like facebook, twitter and just googling the odd few things here and there. Also I heard Siri uses data. So is 500mb going to be enough?
I want to buy this iphone 4 for 170 (good deal or not?). The iphone was made for verizon but right now it does not have any wirless services. Can i activate it without a data plan? I just want call and text. How do i activate it? I have a phone right now with verizon and it just calls and texts. Can i put my number on the iphone?
Can I put the new 5.1 update onto my iphone 3g? Because when I try to do that with itunes, it says that my current version 4.2 is the latest version for my iphone.

My iPhone has been having some issues and I went to apple and they told me to back it up and update it on the computer but when I asked how to do this they could not give me any answers for some reason. I plugged it and it's syncing. I have no idea what that even means.Am I doing the right thing? What do I do next?

Hi, my iphone3g will not reset. I hold the home and sleep button like you're supposed to and it won't reset any more. It goes to the slide to turn off screen. I've tried turning it off and back on for an hour and it still won't work. My apps whenever I click them they open then take me back to my home screen. Does anyone know another way to reset my iPhone? I don't want to lose anything on my phone I just want to restart it so my apps will work again
Is buying the iPhone 4s still worth it with the new IOS 6 coming out this fall?
