Are there any websites to buy a cracked iphone 5?

I really want an Iphone 5 or 5s. I'm willing for it to be cracked, it just has to have a good ESN and can't be icloud locked. Are there any websites I can buy one under $120? I don't want someone to buy my cracked one, I want to buy one for myself to keep.

RESET IPHONE 3G AND NOW IT WON't START, TRYED EVERYTHING?

I recently lost my phone so a close friend of mine let me have her old iphone 3g. She still had lots of old photos, contacts, apps, and ect. So i thought it'd be easier to reset the iphone instead of erasing everything. It said it'd take up to two hours and it was doing fine but then instead of starting up again its just stuck with the apple logo and a loading sign. The loading sign freezes after a couple seconds and that's it. I've tried plugging it to itunes but it won't come up, i've pressed the sleep and home button like everyone says but nothing. I'm so stressed out help please. Also instead of shutting off when i hold down the home and sleep button the screen goes black but then the apple logo imedaitly comes up again even if i didn't let go of the buttons yet.

How to return this iphone i found?

I work at a restaraunt and an iphone was left about a year and a half ago. My manager was going to throw it away but i said i would take it home. Is there any way to get the email of the person who owned it or anything? It has been updated to ios 8.3 but i can't get past the icloud lock for more info. Any suggestions?
