How to factory unlock iphone 5 and 4S?

So i got 2 iphones, one is locked to at&t network and other one to sprint. So i'm looking for ways to unlock them for free or low prices. I don't want to use any jailbreaking method as they don't provide permanent unlock, so i need factory unlock service. Any suggestions?

My iPhone 4 won't turn on

I was going to take a picture with my phone and then all of a sudden liveliness start flashing, so I exit to home and it continues to flash blue lines, then it turned to a brown screen. In panic I turned my phone off hopeing it would help but it hasn't turned on since. I just got my phone 3 days ago and I don't know why this is happening? Someone please help!

How to put torrent videos on iPhone?

I can't make this file MP4 because nothing lets me. I don't know how to begin putting it on my iPhone at all. I have been trying to do it for hours nothing has happened. If anybody has a video tutorial or anything please help!

How to put videos that i downloaded from torrent onto iphone?

I downloaded a movie torrent and now its just a file. How do i get that file, or whatever to play on my iPhone.

My iPhone 5 is messed up! Do I have warranty?

So I purchased my iPhone 5 right when it came out. And now I'm having a lot of problems with it, the lock button sometimes doesn't work, I can't hear anything unless I put it on speaker, the sounds don't work unless someone calls me, and a bunch of other crap. My question is… Is my iPhone 5 under warranty? No, I didn't purchase the insurance, apply care, etc. But does the phone come with the 1-year manufacturer warranty?
