The lock button on my iPhone is jammed & not responding. If I was to take it to the apple store would they replace my iPhone with a new one?
Added (1). I don't even know how it got jammed tbh I just picked it up and the lock button was broken:/ btw it's a 4s & I've only had it since April.
Should I get iPhone 5 or keep the iPhone 4? If YOU were me what would you choose? If I switch to 5, I gOtta pay full retail price in order to keep unlimited data if not it would be 2gb
I hate my iPhone 3GS. I'm wanting to sell it on eBay. I have the plug charger, not the cable, and I have 2 cracks on the screen. There are a few scratches around the side aswell. How much should I put it up for?

I bought a 4S recently. I backed up my old 3GS on itunes and then plugged my new 4S into intunes and started set up. It warned me that I should update to IOS 6 first so I set it up as a new phone and did that. When it had finished, it had all of my apps on it but none of my old settings such as email accounts, texts or imessages. It did have contacts. Is that normal? I should also mention that I used to belong to one network and bought this phone from a different network provider and requested a pac code which has not finalised yet. I'm still using the old phone so I don't confuse anyone with my temporary number and my 4S is on airplane mode.
How do I get my old texts etc.onto my new phone? Also, how will I know when the pac code has worked and the old phone won't work and the new one will have my number?
Hi, i'm with 3 ireland and they charge for their voicemail service. Because of this i've diabled the service but occasionally i press the voicemail icon on my iphone 4s (by mistake) and have been charged for it. I've contacted 3 and they said that although i have disabled the service, i will still get charged for ringing it. Anyone know how to disable/remove the voicemail icon from the device?
I'm contemplating on getting the iPhone 4S since it's basically the same as an iPhone 5, so why spend more money on a slightly larger phone? Anyways. Which do you think is better? The iPhone 4S or iPhone 5?
Plus, I was looking at iPhone cases online. Sometimes they use the service provider. Like for example "Snap-on Rubber Coated Case for iPhone 4S - Verizon", like what does that have to do with anything?
I have this nice new iPhone and the ringing, text, email sounds don't "sound off". I have checked and rechecked the settings but feel I'm missing something here on this function. Any experts on iPhones here that can give me a solution?
At first it was okay and i decided to reset all media music and settings of my iphone, while resetting my iphone's battery depleted and now it is stuck in low bat if it's plugged in the computer or charger but if it is not plugged it turns off any help please.
Every once in a while I get sharp pains in my wrists right below the back of my hand in the little indented spot where the back of your hand and wrist join. Its not always the same wrist, and it is a sharp shooting pain that lasts about a day when it happens. It usually hurts to the point where I can't even lift small things like school notebooks, my iphone, or even open car doors or turn door knobs. There's no other effects like numbness or pain any where else. I don't play sports or lift weights or do anything really to strain my wrists. Any ideas what this could be?
