I've got my iPhone X plugged into the aux jack in the car and it says it's playing but has no sound coming out, yet audio works fine on radio & then when I plug it into usb with lightning cable it does same thing, shows what songs playing how many seconds in and everything, does anyone know how to fix please?

I live in america and my parents got me an iphone x for christmas and i got in trouble at school for harassing this girl and when i got home my parents wanted to see my texts and i refused and they said they will take my phone for a day if i don't let them see so i screamed at them to **** off and they tried to grab it so i hit my mom and ran away and tripped and smashed my
phone on the floor and it cracked. I want to report my parents i'm really mad because that phone was so expensive and THEY ******* BROKE IT THEIR SITS STUPID FFS. Friend of an ex-friend can do this. I think they have been doing it to me. This person's career is bank security. Allegedly, he can tap into any phone and pull anything off it remotley without needing to use any malware or having physical access to the phone. What can i do to my iphone SE, if i can't block the eavesdropping, to just know when it is going on?

I was using my iPhone outside for directions and it was 80 percent battery life. It was 20 degrees and windy. After being exposed for about 10 minutes in the cold, my phone showed 10 percent battery and then shut off and wouldn't turn on. I finally walked into a heated room and my phone finally turned on and went back to 80 percent battery. Is this normal or does my phone need to be checked?
