I don't know practically anything about phones or storage. But I get a text every few months saying "you have used all of the 1GB high speed data in your T-mobile data plan. You will experience slow speeds until…" whenever I get those messages my phone is extremely slow and I can't load most websites. Can someone explain what this means, what having 1GB means and how do I avoid using it all up?

Why does my iPhone screen recording record outside noise (external noise). I hate it because it gets in the way whenever I would like to record something and send it somebody. It always ends up recording the audio from the video and outside audio like me breathing our nearby noises like a car passion etc. Please answer this question thank you.

So my friend has an IPhone. I'm not sure what type but it's for sure a newer type. I have a Samsung Galaxy. They showed me a video on their phone with perfect quality and perfect sound, and I wanted it. So they sent it to me, and the sound is good but the quality of the footage is terrible. It's EXTREMELY blurry and I can't see properly in it at all.
I really need this video. They tried sending it again but it just comes up the same way. What should I do?
I went to get food, starting my making a folder on my phone for Pizza, then when I got to naming it. It froze, after a bunch of button pressing trying to get it to show up again it never did. It occasionally unlocked but I think that was because of the FaceID recognition (only did it 2 times).
Anyways, is there a way I can let my phone be reset even though I can visualize what I do on the screen? It makes sound, is on, was never dropped. I don't know why I can't see my phone or get the lock screen to cooperate with me. :/
