USB, Power Surge On Hub Port Problem?

I just got a new dell laptop for christmas and it was working fine, but for some reason when i try to plug in my iphone i get a message saying " A USB device has malfunctioned and exceeded the power limits of its hub port. You should disconnect the device" now before i had no problems with this, it happen out of no where.

So i followed the instructions, it told me to unplug it and to press the reset button that was there. But none of this did anything.

Anyone know how to get it to work? I have 4 USB ports and none of them work for my iphone charger. And only one of them will work for my wireless mouse

Getting an iphone 5 to work on tmobile?

I read that Verizon iphone 5's come unlocked even if it was purchased with a contract. They are suppose to be able to work with all GSM carriers. I have tmobile, so I was wondering if I could just buy a Verizon iphone 5 off of craigslist and have it work right away on tmobile. Tmobile sells nano sim cards now, so I won't have to shave my current sim card.

IPHONE 4S BATTERY DRAIN

Hey so i just bought a brand new iphone 4s and it works good but when i go to sleep over night, i lose about 10-20 percent on my battery life, is the battery a dud? Should i return it for a new one?

i've tried all those little tricks to help save battery life on youtube but none really work

If i buy a verizon iphone can i flash it to cricket?

I have an At&t iphone, and now i know i can't flash that over to cricket,
but i can buy a new iphone 4s as a discounted price,
but it would be for verizon.
i get it through a discount program at my moms work.
could cricket flash the verizon iphone over?

Added (1). If its illegal to flash. Then why did cricket tell me that they flash phones?

If an app has advertisements, does it use data?

I just got my iPhone today. I'm not allowed to use any data though, I used Wi-Fi to download my apps. But if the apps have little advertisements does that mean it uses data?
