My 2006 cobalt does not have a aux input but i want to play music from my iphone i think i remember my friend having a aux cable that plugged into their cars cigarette lighter plug in do they make those?

I have an Iphone 4S and I want to set a custom ring tone for all emergency text messages I receive.
These text messages come from a different number each and every time. (ie. 777203777562, 777… ).
All text messages start with "alert@erie.gov".Is there any program or any way where I can create a ring tone for all these numbers without typing them all in?
